We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Technician licensed in the State of NC who enjoys the variety and diversity which comes with practicing both small and large animal medicine (cats, dogs, horses, cattle, goats, sheep, llamas, alpacas and pet pigs) in a fast growing practice located in Stanly County, NC. The practice focuses on a community approach to medicine and therefore provides emergency after-hours services on an on-call basis, which is rotated equally.
Full or Part-time will be considered. Must have good attitude and be a team player. Flexible and calm under pressure is essential. Willing to work rotating on-call/after hours emergency schedule.

Regular duties include client communication and education; taking patient histories; in-patient nursing care, monitoring and treatments; medication calculations and administration; venipuncture; IV catheter placement; digital radiography, laser therapy and more. New graduates will be considered with prior experience as a veterinary assistant.
