The Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine (PVM), Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences (VCS), invites applications for a full-time (100%, 12 month) Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor position in Equine Ambulatory Practice.
A DVM or equivalent degree, ability to practice as a licensed and accredited veterinarian in Indiana, and equine ambulatory experience (minimum of one year of field service experience). Preference will be given to applicants who are board certified in a relevant AVMA recognized specialty. The successful candidate should have leadership and team building experience in order to lead the ECP section. Candidates must demonstrate a sincere interest in providing outstanding clinical service and possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, excellent teaching skills, and evidence that they can work collaboratively with faculty and effectively engage students and staff.
